Welcome to TRACKS
Pennsylvania Nutrition Education Tracks (TRACKS) is the statewide program that provides Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) to low-income individuals and families who are eligible to receive SNAP benefits. The program aims to foster positive behavioral changes related to nutrition and physical activity.

- An updated Pennsylvania map of SNAP-Ed eligible census tracts was posted to the Program Locations web page on 2/19/15. The map includes data from 2009-2013. Use this map to identify locations for TRACKS services within qualifying census tracts (>50% of residents <185% of poverty level).
