Welcome to TRACKS

Pennsylvania Nutrition Education Tracks is the statewide program that provides Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) to low-income individuals and families who are eligible to receive SNAP benefits. The program aims to foster positive behavioral changes related to nutrition and physical activity.

We are pleased to announce the Pennsylvania Nutrition Education Tracks (TRACKS) Request for Partners (RFP) for federal fiscal year 2014 (October 1, 2013-September 30, 2014) is now available on the TRACKS Website.
